Manya Singh Rickshaw Driver’s Daughter Becomes Miss India 2020 Runner Up, Narrates The Story Of Struggle, Quote- ‘Many Nights Without Eating

The journey of first runner up Manya Singh has been very difficult. Her journey to reach Miss India’s stage was not so easy. She shared her story (Struggle Story) on her Instagram account. To fulfill her dreams, to become something, 14 year old Manya ran away from her home in Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai. Today, 20-year-old Manya Singh is Miss India runner-up, 2020. It was not easy for the autorickshaw driver father and beautician mother to raise a family of four, but Manya dreamed big from the beginning. Mumbai-born Manya was raised in Hata, a small town in Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh. She was the VLCC Femina Miss India runner-up, 2020 in the ceremony held last week.

Manasa Varanasi of Telangana has won the title of VLCC Femina Miss India 2020. Manya Singh of Uttar Pradesh (UP) was the first runner up and Manika Sheokand was the second runner up. The journey of Manya Singh has been tough and inspiring. Her journey to reach Miss India’s stage was not so easy. she shared his story (Struggle Story) on Instagram. she told how the daughter of a rickshaw driver can reach the stage of Miss India.

Manya Singh Struggle Behind The Success

Manya Singh’s father is a rickshaw driver. In such a situation, Manya did not get everything in her hand. She worked hard for that. She slept many nights without eating. Sharing photos of her family on Instagram, Manya wrote, ‘I have spent many nights without food and sleep. I walked for many afternoon on foot. My blood, sweat and tears became food for my soul and I dared to dream. Being the daughter of a rickshaw driver, I never had the opportunity to go to school because I had to start working in my teens’.

Parents Pledged Jwellery For Studies

She further said, ‘All the clothes I had were stitched on their own. Luck was not on my side. My parents pledged their jewelery so that they could pay examination fees for the degree. My mother has suffered a lot for me. At the age of 14, I ran away from home.

Cleaned The Dishes In The Evening And Worked In The Call Center At Night

She further told, ‘I somehow managed to complete my studies in a day. Use to clean utensils in the evening and worked in the call center at night. I have walked for hours to reach the places so that I can save the fare of the rickshaw. She wrote on her instagram that ‘I have arrived here today on the platform of VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 because of my parents and brother. I want to tell the world that if you are committed to your dreams then all this is possible’.
